262 Upon the Mocon of Robert Jenckins Henry Oredered that he order out all Such Subpenas as he shall think necessary to testifie on behalfe of his Lordship to the Grand Jury this Court against any persons or persons whatsoever &a William Stephens Constable of Wickacomoco hundred Sworn as Bailiffe to attend the Grand Jurors this Court &a
hard and honestly in this County for forty Years past but now may it please Your Worships am became aged and Infirm without any place of Setled Residence or home and not able to Labour as I have done hereto for for a livelyhood humbly Intreat your worships to set your poor petitioner Levy Free and am In hopes by that small releife to be able to keep my selfe from being Chargable to the County as long as the Little strength & health I have remains and your poor petitioner as in duty bound shall pray &a The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood It is therefore Considered by the Court here that the afd Randall Pheaden be for the future Levy free as by the petition afd is praid &a
