261 to them directed administred the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly to be taken to the Government with the Oath of Judge or Justice to Robert King George Dashiell Thomas Gillisse Mitchell Dashiell & Samuel Hopkins of Synapuxent of the same County Gent who Severally take the Same and Subscribe the test & Oath of Abjuration and take their places as followeth vizt afterwards the Same Robert King George Dashiell Thomas Gillisse Mitchell Dashiell & Samuel Hopkins Gent administred the Same Oaths unto the afd John Smith William Stoughton John Handy John Scott James Martin Thomas Williams and Henry Ballard who severally take the same and Subscribe the test and Oath of Abjuration & take their places as followeth viz.t
Proclamation being made in usual form the Court being sat the Sheriffe of Somerset County to witt John Henry Gent makes return of the Pannell of Orphan Jurors here according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided as followeth vizt William Waters John Woolford W.m Gray Joseph Polk Joseph Gillisse Capell King John Williams Moses Mills James Nearn James West Cannon Winright Jacob Messick Elias Evans Thomas Reiley Pregrave Tirvill John Deveria Richard Sturges Samuel Powell & Joseph Morris thereupon proclamation being made in Common form &.a the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled being Severally Called over as above by their Names did appear as above and were Sworn & Charged to Enquire according to act of assembly in such Case provided and Sent Out to Consider soon after the Orphans Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charged as afd return here into Court and being Severall Called over present to the Court here a presentment against Richard Wallis &.a thereupon the Orphan Jurors afd are discharged and against the afd Richd Wallis so as afd presented It is Ordered that Capias Issue Returnable to august Court Next &a |
