May the Twenty Sixth day Ann Dom 1738 the Sheriffe to witt John Henry Gent together with
Henry Ballard David Wilson and Edward Rownd his Lordships Justices with Thomas Hayward Cl of
Somerset County Court met at the Court house and did appoint the day for the Election of one Delegate
to Serve in a generall assembly held now at the City of Annapolis to be on Tuesday the thirteenth
day of June next   on which day he the Said sher with James Martin David Wilson and Edwd
Rownd Gent Justices with the afd Cler of the County Court afd met at the Court house afd and the sever.ll
free holders and others qualified to give a vote in an Election afd for the County afd did Elect and
Chose a Certain John Gale of the same County afd to Serve as a member for the County afd at the
City afd &a


             The Court adjourns untill the third Tuesday of June Ann Dom 1738
