258 made it appear to the Satisfaction of the Court here that he had paid away all the Estate of the said Thomas Beachamp and that nothing thereof remained in his hands &a thereupon the said John White is discharged from the said Subpena from giveing any Security &a Whereas Docter Patrick Stewart had due unto from Somerset County in the Year 1737 for medicines and attendance to Sundry poor objects the sum of thirty one pounds Eleven Shillings and Six pence Curr.t money of Maryland ^as Payment^ which Same acco.t Should been allowed to the Same Patrick Stewart in the Laying of the County Levey Last &a but was omitted It is thereupon ordered that Capt John Henry sher pay unto the said Pat Stewart six pounds Nine shillings & three pence Currt Money there being so much Lodged in his Hands at the Laying of the same Levey Likewise it is ordered that Capt John Handy make up to the said Pat Stewart the said Sum of Six pounds Nine Shillings and three pence (paid by the afd John Henry) thirty one pounds Eleven shillings & Six pence Currt money out of the fines and forfeitures due to Somerset County if he hath so much thereof in his hands &a
