same John Deal in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek by discretion of the same
Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which he Sustained in a Certain plea of trespass and assault
by the afd Thomas Adams against the same John Deal in the Same Court Impetrated according to the form of
the Statute thereof made and provided against parties plantiffs which there writts in Such manner of pleas
do not prosecute or in the same Should be precluded whereof he is Convict &a

Att which day here Came the af.d John Deal by George Douglas his attorney and the
sherriffe of Somerset County to witt John Henry Gent at the same day here
returned that he had taken the af.d Thomas Adams whose body hereat this day
he had ready to satisfie the af.d John Deal as af.d he was Commanded &.a

And the said sheriffe at the Same day altho' Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the afd
Thomas Adams according to the return of the writt afd but makes default &a

    The Same
 Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take
Thomas Adams if he should be found in his bailywick and him
should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at deviding
Creek in the same County the third tuesday of March Anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and thirty seven to satisfie Thomas Blizard Late of Somerset County
planter of three hundred and twenty six pounds of tobacco which to the same
Thomas Blizard in the same Court before the Justices thereof at deviding Creek
by discretion of the same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which
he sustained in a Certain plea of trespass and assault by the said Thomas Adams
against the same Thomas Blizard in the same Court Impetrated according
to the form of the statute thereof made and provided against parties plantiffs
