is Convict  and whereupon it was Considered in the Same Court that the afd W.m
have Execution against the afd Henry of the debt and damages afd by the default of him
the said Henry &a         Att which day here Came the afd William Colebourn by George
Douglas his attorney and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to witt John Henry Gent at
the Same day here returned that he had taken the afd Henry Miles whose body here
at this day he had ready to Satisfie the afd William as afd he was Commanded &a

Afterwards to witt the Same day and year abovesaid Came the afd Henry Miles to the
barr here Ledd in his proper person  and Whereupon the afd William Colebourn by
his attorney afd prays that the afd Henry may be Committed in Execution untill the
he pays and Satisfies unto the afd William Six pounds and Seven pence in Gold or
Silver Maryland Currency and five hundred pounds of tobo part of the Debt & Damages
afd and of the residue of the abovesaid Debt the said Henry be thereof quiet &.a

  Whereupon the said Henry Miles is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriffe of
the County afd thereto remaine until the afd William Colebourn of the afd six pounds
and seven pence in Silver or Gold Maryland Currency and five hundred pounds of
tobacco be fully Satisfied      Afterwards to witt the Same day and Year aforesaid Came
here into Court the afd William Colebourn by his attorney afd and acknowledgeth that he
is fully satisfyed of the afd Henry for the afd six pounds and Seven pence in Gold or
Silver maryland Currency and five hundred pounds of tobacco   Therefore the afd
Henry Miles of the af.d Six pounds & Seven pence Maryland Currency in Gold or Silver &
five hundred pounds of tobacco be quiet &a

and him should safe keep so that he might have his
body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held
at deviding Creek in the same County the third tuesday of March Anno Dom one
thousand seven hundred and thirty seven to satisfie John Deal Late of Somerset
County planter of three hundred and twenty six pounds of tobacco which to the
