seven hundred and thirty seven to satisfie ^Alexander Buncle^ as well a Certain debt of fifty five pounds eight
shillings and six pence Currt money of Maryland which the same Alexander in his
Lordships County Court of Somerset at deviding Creek before the Justices thereof
recoverd against him as of two hundred and ninety four pounds of tobacco which to
the same Alexander in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by
occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict &.a

    Att which day here Came the af.d Alexander Buncle in his proper person and the
sherriffe of Somerset County to witt John Henry Gent at the same day here returned
that he had taken the af.d William Porter whose body hereat this day he had ready
to sastisfie the af.d Alexander Buncle as af.d he was Commanded &.a  And afterwards
to witt the same day and year abovesaid Came the af.d William Porter and to the
barr here led by the sherriffe af.d by vertue of the af.d Writt to the af.d sherriffe directed
and being by the Court here asked whether he was the same William Porter the same
person which the af.d Alexander Buncle as well in the debt af.d as in the damages
afd before Convicted or not who saith that he is therefore the same William Porter is
Committed to the prison of the sherriffe af.d thereto remain in safe Custody untill the
af.d Alexander Buncle of the debt and damages af.d should be fully satisfyed and
Contented &.a  the af.d sherriffe by Joshua Merrill his deputy present herein Court
took Charge of the said William Porter accordingly &.a

  Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should
take Henry Miles Late of Somerset County planter al.s dict Henry Miles of
Somerset County in the province of Maryland if he Should be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty Seven to Satisfie William Colebourn as well of a Certain debt of two hundred and
Seventeen pounds nineteen Shillings and two pence Curr.t money of Maryland which the
same William Colebourn in the Same Court before the Justices at dividing Creek afd recovered against
him as of five hundred pounds of tobacco which to the Same William in the Same Court were
adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he
