Ordered that Thomas Jones Alexander Lackey and George Paul recover against Benjamin Townsend one
hundred and Twenty pounds of tob.o Each for their attendance four days Each as Evidences on behalfe of the

Ordered that John Evans recover against Benjamin Townsend Sixty pounds of tobacco being due unto him
for his attendance two days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Benj.a Townsend at Suit Day Scott he having made

Ordered that George Scott Recover against Day Scott One hundred and Twenty pounds of tobacco being due
unto him for his attendance four days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Day Scott against Benjamin

Ordered that John Hall recover against John Caldwell one hundred and Twenty pounds of tobacco being
