Ordered that George Dashaiell Recover against Benjamin Townsend two
hundred and ten pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance seven days
as an evidence on behalf of the same Benjamin Townsend at suit Day Scott he
having made oath to the same &.a

Ordered that George Dashiell Edward Shepord and Phillip Carter recover
against Day Scott ninety pounds of tobacco each ^being due^ for their attendance three
