245 at the value of one pound and six pence twenty seven wooden platters at the value of two shillings and three pence four small Gimbletts at the value of six pence ^five halfe bushell Measures at the value of five shillings & ten pence^ seventeen Iron Skilletts Cast ware at the value of one pounds six shillings thirteen peices of Earthen Ware at the Value of five shillings One old Pewter Tankard at the value of four pence one old flying Gib sail at the value of One pound one old ax at the value of four Shillings One Barrell of Mollassos at the value of one pound ten Shillings three hundred & fifty and Seven pounds of pork in one open hoggshead at the value of three pound one pair of small stillards at the value of seven shillings Like money as aforesaid In Wittness Whereof wee have here unto Sett our hands & fixed our seals the day and Year first above Written Upon which was further proclamation made for the said Lord the King (as the manner is) that if any person would Inform the Court here wherefore the said Vessell or Boat and the Severall goods aforesaid should not be Condemned for the Cause aforesaid or if any would give more for the said Vessell or Boat and severall goods afd than the appraisment afd he Should Come forth and be heard but none so doing Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the Said Vessell or Boat and the severall goods afd remain forfeited for the Cause afd and that the Lord the King that now is have one third part thereof the Said Lord Proprietary have one third part thereof and that the said Edw.d Chambers Esq.r have the other third part thereof &a
the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and thirty seven in his proper person and gives this Court to understand and be Inform'd that after the End of the session of assembly began and held at annapolis the twentieth day of March in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred & thirty four to wit the Nineteenth Day of January in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and thirty seven in the County aforesaid within the District of Pocomoke and the Jurisdiction of this Court he the said Levin Gale seized to the use of the said Lord Proprietary and himselfe the said Levin Gale who as well for the said Lord Proprietary as for himselfe Presenteth and arrested as forfeited two Hogsheads and three Barrells of Rum imported into unto Pocomoke District in Somerset County aforesaid from parts beyond the seas by a person to the said Levin Gale unknown be Cause the |
