245 One old ax one Barrell of Mollassos three hundred fifty and Seven pounds of pork in one open hoggshead and one pair of small stillards to the said Lord the King the said Lord Propry and the said Edward Chambers Esq.r for the Cause afd should not remaine forfeited that he should Come forth and be heard and none so to do appearing It is agreed that John Henry Gent.m Sheriffe of Somerset County be Commanded by writt of the Lord Propry that nor is under the seal of this Court the said Vessell or Boat with her tackell apparell or furniture four Sticks of Brasilletto dying wood twenty Six wooden Small Bowles three Small Looking Glasses One Course Sifter ten New England Bucketts Six wooden Spice Morters One Small Tubb of Gun powder twenty Seven ^wooden^ platters for Small Gimbletts five halfe Bushell Measures Seventeen Iron Skilletts Cast was thirteen peices of Earthen Wares One Old pewther p tanckerd one old funnel one flying Gib Sail one old ax one Barrell of Mollassos three hundred fifty and Seven pounds of pork in one open hoggshead and one pair of Small Stillards by the oath of honest and Lawfull men of the said County Justly and faithfully to Cause to be appraised making thereof ^an^ Indentures between him and the said appraisers &a so that one part of the said Indenture he have here Immediate before his Lordships ^Justices^ Sitting in Court now held at dividing Creek And afterwards in the Same Court the said Sheriffe returns here the writt afd together with a Certain Indenture to the Same Writt annext of which Indenture the tenor is as followeth vizt This Indenture made the third Day of aprill in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & thirty Eight Between John Henry Gent Sheriffe of Somerset County of of the other part Wittnesseth that wee John Leatherbury and William McClemmey appraisers according to a writt to the said Sheriffe of the said County of Somerset directed and hereunto annexed have upon Oath viewed and appraised the Severall Goods and things hereafter mentioned as followeth vizt one Vessell or boat Called the White haven at the Value of one pound Curr.t money of the province of Maryland four Small Sticks Brasileto dying wood at the value of three Shillings and One penny halfe penny twenty Six Wooden Small Bowles at the value of six shill.s and Eight pence three Small Looking Glasses at the Value of three Shillings One Course Sifter at the Value of Six pence ten New England Buckets at the value of Eight Shillings and four pence Six Wooden Spice Morters at the value of Eighteen pence one Small tubb of Gun Powder at |
