Fletcher prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court to be
held at deviding Creek in and for the County af.d the third tuesday of March then next
following and he hath it and the same day is given to the af.d William here also &.a

Att which day here Came againe as well the af.d William Jones as the af.d Thomas
Fletcher by their attorneys af.d   And Whereupon the said Thomas Fletcher by his
said attorney saith that he Cannot deny the action af.d of the af.d William
Jones nor but that the bill or writing afd is the deed of the same Thomas nor bu
that he oweth the same William the af.d eight pounds two shillings and six pence
in manner and form as the af.d William above against him declared &.a

Therefore it is Considered that the af.d William Jones recover against the af.d
Thomas Fletcher his debt af.d and his damages by occasion of the detaining the
243   same debt to
pounds of tobacco to the same William of his assent by the Court here adjudged
and the af.d Thomas in mercy &.a

    Command was Given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should

take William Jackson Late of Somerset County planter and Tabitha his
wife if they should be found in his bailywick and them should safe
keep so that he might have their bodys before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at deviding Creek in the same County the third tuesday
of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven to
answer unto Edmund Bayly and Thomas Evans of a plea that they render
unto them nine hundred sixty and six pounds of tobacco or eight hundred and
sixteen pounds of tobacco and fifteen shillings Currt money of Verginia of
the value of thirty shillings Currt money of maryland which to them they owe
and unjustly detain &.a and the same day is given to the af.d Edmond Bayly
and Thomas Evans here &.a  Att which day here before his Lordships Justices at
a Court then held at deviding Creek in the same County Came the af.d Edmond Bayly
and Thomas Evans by Geo: Douglas their attorney and the af.d Sher Sherriffe to
