day of May ann Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty five and often afterwards at the County of Somerset
aforesaid he was thereunto requested hath not paid or Contented but the same to do hath altogether refused and the
same to pay or in any Sort to Content still doth refuse and deny to the damage of the said Mary forty
pounds Curr.t money ^of Maryland^ and thereupon she brings suite &.a  And brings into Court here her Letters of admrcon
afd of the deputy Commissary aforesaid which the Commission of Admrcon afd in form afd testifies &.a
                                                                                                          Pledges &.a  John Doe R Roe

And the aforesaid Aaron Lynn by George Douglas his attorney his attorney Cometh and defendeth
the force and Injury when &.a and prayeth Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court to be
held at dividing Creek in the County afd ^the^ third Tuesday of August Ann Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty Seven and he hath it and the same day is given to the afd Mary here also &a

    Att which day here Came againe as well the afd Mary Tate as the afd Aaron Lynn by
their attorneys aforesaid  And whereupon the said Aaron Lynn prayeth further Leave thereof to
Imparle here untill the next Court to be held at dividing Creek in & for the County afd the third Tuesday
of November Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven ^and he hath it^ and the same day is
given to the afd Mary here also &a

Att which day here Came again as well the aforesaid Mary Tate as the aforesaid Aaron Lynn
by their Attorneys aforesaid and whereupon the said Aaron Lynn prayeth further Leave thereof
to Imparle here untill the Next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County aforesaid
the third Tuesday of March Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven and he
hath it and the same day is given to the aforesaid Mary here also &a

       Att which day here Came againe as well the aforesaid Mary Tate as the afd Aaron Lynn
by their attorneys aforesaid  And whereupon the Same Aaron as before defends the force and Injury
when &a and Saith that he did not assume upon himselfe in manner and form as the said
Mary above against him Complained and of this he puts himselfe upon the Country and the afd
plft in Like manner      And afterwards to witt the Same day and Year Last mentioned the
afd Mary Tate altho' Solemnly Called cometh not nor her writt aforesaid against the afd Aaron
further prosecutes          Therefore she and her pledges of prosecuting bein in mercy
&a and that the afd Aaron Lynn goe there without day &a
