March Court                  1737                    209

Wine is now with Child by him the said Tarrance Galasby by which
when Born will be a basterd if therefore the said Terrance Galasby shall
personally ^appear^ before his Lordships Justices of the peace att a Court to be held for
the County af.d the third tuesday of this Instant march att deviding Creek and
then and there to receive and abide what shall be enjoined by the said Court
Concerning the premisses and in the mean time to be of the good behaviour then
the above Recognizance to be void otherwise to be and remain in full force and
vertue in Law                                                And now to witt the third Tuesday
of March at that Same term before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came
the said Terrence Galaspie in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance
by him and his Security In that part before acknowledged and prays that his appearance
may be recorded and he and his Security discharged &a  Whereupon the said
Terrence Galaspies appearance is recorded and he and his Security accordingly
discharged &a    
                            Thereupon the said Terrence Galaspie is ordered to give now
Security for his appearance before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of June the next following to answer the premisses afd &a

                Whereupon the Said Terrence Galaspie with Richard Knight and
Henry reynolds his Securitys both of Somerset County present herein Court in their
proper persons acknowledged them selves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
Proprietary that is to say the said Terrance Galaspie in ten pounds Sterling and
the said Richard Knight & Henry Reynolds in five pounds Sterling Each of their
goods and Chattells Lands or tenements severally to the use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors to be made & Levied   If it happen that the said Terrence
Galaspie do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next
following and do not answer unto his Said Lordship of and Concerning the Charge of Bastardy
afd and do not stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and do depart ye same Court without
leave &a
