form as by the Information afd above against her Supposed and the premisses in the Information afd
Expressly acknowledgeth   whereupon all and Singular the premisses being Seen and by the Court here
fully understood      It is Considered that the aforesaid Elizabeth Longo pay unto his said
Lordship the Lord Proprietary for her fine by the Court here upon her Imposed for and by occasion
of the premisses afd  whereof in form aforesaid she is Convict thirty Shillings Curr.t Money of
Maryland (to the Use of the County afd) and that the Said Elizabeth Longo be taken to satisfie his
said Lordship of the fine &a
                                                                   Thereupon Elizabeth Longo is ordered to give
security for the payment of the severall officers fees due by means of the premisses
and Indictment af.d &a  Whereupon the said Elizabeth Longo with
James Longo of Somerset County planter ^her security^ present herein Court in their
proper persons acknowledged ^themselves^ Indebted unto the severall officers fees due of
Somerset County Court that hath a right to any fee or fees on the Indictment
and premisses af.d  In Five hundred pounds of tobacco of their bodys goods
or Chattles Lands or tenements to the use of the severall officers af.d their heirs
or assignes to be made and levied In case the said Elizabeth Longo do not pay
and satisfie unto the severall officers af.d their Just and rightfull fee or fees on
the Indictment and premisses af.d &a

Somerset County ss  Be it remembred that on the 14.th day of March Ann Dom
1737 Came before me David Wilson one of his Lordships Justices of the
peace for the County af.d Tarrence Galasby and Edward Waters both
of the County af.d and did acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Lord proprietary
of the province of maryland in the full and Just sum of five pounds
sterling each to be levied of their goods and Chattles Land and tenements for the
use of the said Lord prop.ry if the af.d Tarrence Galasby shall fail in the
performance of the Condition here under written

The Condition of which recognizance is such that whereas the above bound
Tarrance Galasby is charged by Eliz.a Wine of the County af.d Single woman
that he had Carnal knowledge of her body severall times and the said Eliz.a
                                                                                                             Wine
