    March Court                  1737                 203

as by the Information above upon him Imposed in manner and form as by the Information afd above
against him Supposed and the premisses afd in the Information afd Expressly Acknowledgeth

    Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood   It is Considered
by the Court here that the afd William Olliphant pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his
fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by occasion of the premisses afd whereof in form afd he
is Convict five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and that the same William be taken to Satisife his said
Lordship of the fine aforesaid   Whereupon the Same William Olliphant is ordered by the Court here to
give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due upon the Information and premisses afd &a

    Thereupon the said William Olliphant with Capell King of Somerset County Gent his Security both
present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Severall officers
of Somerset County Court that hath a right to any fee or fees on the Information & premisses afd in One
thousand pounds of tobacco of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the use of their severall
Officers afd their heirs or assignes to be made and Levied In case the Said William Olliphant do not
pay and Satisfie unto the Severall Officers afd their Just and right full fee or fees due on the Information
and premisses afd &a    when Legally required &a

                                    The Jurors for the right Honourable the Lord proprietary
that now is for the body of Somerset County af.d upon their oath do
present that John Robins late of all hallows parish in the County afd
planter the tenth day of february in the year of our Lord God seventeen hundred thirty
and four at the parish af.d in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court did
commit fornication with a Certain Rebecca Collins and then and there had Carnal knowledge
of her body and did beget then and there a basterd Child on the body of her
the same Rebecca Collins to the high displeasure of all mighty God to the evil example
of all others in such case offending contrary to the form peace of the said Lord
proprietary that now is his good rule and Goverment and against the form of the act
of assembly in such case lately made and provided &a
Test Rebecca Collins            On the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was Endorsed vizt Billa vera
Robert Jones foreman                     Thereupon Command was Given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County
that he Should take the said John Robins if he should be found in his bailywick and him Should
