    And now to witt the third Tuesday of March being the Same term before his said Lordships Justices here
at dividing Creek Came the said Isaac Jackson in his proper person and thereupon Wm Goldsborough ^Gent^ who for
his said Lordship in that part prosecuteth and by the afvice of the Court here the same W.m Goldsborough as
to the premisses afd saith that he will noe further prosecute the afd Isaac Jackson   Therefore it is Considered
that the afd Isaac Jackson as to the premisses afd be thereof quiet and goe thereof in that day &a

Somerset ss  Memorand.m that at a Sessions of the peace of his Lordship the Right Honrble
the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland held at dividing Creek in Somerset
County the third Tuesday of November Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and
thirty Seven before his said Lordships Justices the peace in the Same County to keep assigned of by the oath
of Twelve Jurors being presented that a Certain Richard Stevens of Stepney parish for refusing
to give in a negro Taxable as the said Stevens now has and had in the time of giving or taking
in of Taxables for this County
                                                    Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriffe of
Somerset County that he should take the Said Richard Stevens if he Should be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of march
Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven to answer unto his said Lordship
of and Concerning of the premisses afd &a
                                                                      And now to witt the third Tuesday of march being
that Same term before his said Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came the said Richard
Stevens in his proper person and William Goldsborough Gent who for his said Lordship in
that part prosecuteth with the advice of the Court here in the premisses saith that he will noe
further prosecute against the afd Richard Stevens in the premisses afd &a

    Therefore it is Considered that the afd Richard Stevens of the premisses afd be quiet
and that he goe thereof without day &a

Somerset County sst    Be it remembred that William Goldsborough Gent attorney
of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary that now is who for the Same
Lord proprietary in this part prosecuteth doth Come hereinto the County Court
of the Same Lord proprietary held for Somerset County aforesaid to witt at dividing Creek in the Same
