prayeth the Advice of the Court here in the premises and that due process of Law in this part
against the af.d Humphry may be made to answer unto the same Lord proprietary
of and upon the premises &a

       Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should
take the said Humphry Chapman if he should be found in his Bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March Ann Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven to answer unto his said Lordship
of the premisses afd &a   And now to witt the third Tuesday of March being that
same Term before his said Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came the said Humphry
Chapman in his proper person and had a hearing of the Information aforesaid and
saith that he is not willing to contend with his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary
in relation to the premisses ^afd^ but Submits with a protestation of his Innocency and is
willing to pay his fine for the same &a

Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully
understood      It is Considered that the afd Humphry Chapman pay unto his Lordship
the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and
by Occasion of the premisses afd whereof in form afd he is Convict three pounds Curr.t
money of Maryland (to the Use of the County afd) and that the said Humphry Chapman
be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine aforesaid &a

Somerset ss  Memorand.m that at a Sessions of the peace of his Lordship the
Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland held
at dividing Creek in Somerset County third Tuesday of November Ann Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty seven before his said Lordships Justices the peace
in the same County to keep assigned by the Oath of twelve Jurors being presented that
a Certain Isaac Jackson of all hollows parish for Cutting of the manes and Tailes of Two
horses of Moses Chaille of the parish afd on the 9.th day of this Instant

       Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take
the said Isaac Jackson if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so
