200 willing to pay her fine for the fact afd Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood It is Considered that the afd Ann Hughs pay unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary for her fine by the Court hereupon her Imposed for and by occasion of the premisses afd whereof in form afd she is Convicted thirty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland (to the use of the County afd) and that the said Ann Hughs be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &a Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd Ann Hughs give Security to save and keep Indemnified the Justices of Somerset County and their Successors from all Costs Charges Burthens and Incumbrances that might acrew by means of the birth of the Child afd &a Whereupon the said Ann Hughs with Thomas Slocomb Late of Somerset County Taylor her security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of fifty pounds Curr.t money of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the Use of the Inhabitants of the County ^afd^ and their Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Ann Hughs her heirs Executors or administrators or any of them do and Shall not from time to time and at all times forever hereafter acquit and Save harmless as well the Justices of Somerset County and their Successors for the time being as also the Inhabitants of the said County of and from all Costs Charges troubles and Incumbrances whatsoever for or by reason of the birth maintainance nourishing and bringing up of the said Child Lately on her body begott and doe not ^keep them Endemnified of &^ from all other Suits Charges troubles and demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the Same &a Likewise it is ordered by the Court here that the said Ann Hughs give a Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due by occasion of the premisses afd on the Indictment aforesaid &a Whereupon the said Ann Hughs with the afd Thomas Slocomb ^her security^ both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Severall Officers of Somerset County Court that hath a right to pay any fee or fees on the Indictment afd in five hundred pounds of tob.o of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the Use of the Severall Officers afd their heirs or assignes to be made and Levied In Case the said Ann Hughs do not pay and satisife unto the Severall Officers afd their Just and right full fee or fees on the Indictmt aforesaid &a
