Bill of Indictment on Suspicion of Horse Stealing &.a ordered by

the Court here that the Same Bill of Indictment be transmitted to
the next provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the
third Tuesday of May then next following for the determination of that Court &a


Ordered that Cap.t James Martin Capt David Wilson and John Fleming
or ay two of them directly the Clearing of the road from Nanseongo bridge to the
head of Manocan and that they or any two of them agree with some person or
persons for the making and repairing of the Causway and Bridges over the head
of Dividing Creek at the Countys Expence and that George Benston Teague Riggin
George Tull Joshua Atkinson and the af.d John Fleming Overseers Clear their
proportionable part of the af.d road as shall be allotted them by the af.d James Martin
David Wilson and John Fleming or any two of them and that they the said James Martin
David Wilson and John Fleming or any two of them make their report to June Court

John Evans of Coys Folly be overseer of the Roads Baltemore hundred in stead of Tho.s

Memorandum at assession of the peace of his Lordship the Right Honrble
the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland held at dividing Creek
in Somerset County the third Tuesday of November Anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and thirty Seven before his said Lordships Justices the peace in the same County
to keep assigned by the Oath of Twelve Jurors being presented that John Woolford late
of Somerset parish in the County af.d Gent the twenty sixth day of July Ann Dom
seventeen hundred thirty and six at the parish af.d in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction
of this Court did Commit Adultory with a Certain Margaret peel (he the same John
then and there being a married Man) and of her body then and there had carnal Knowledge
and a Bastard Child on the body of her the same Margaret then and there did beget to the
high Displeasure of Almighty God to the evil Example of all others in such Case offending
Contrary to the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and goverment
