arive at full age for the Choseing of their Guardiants &a and afterwards it is ordered by the Court here
the afd John McClester deliver up unto the said Guardian the afd Adam and John Carlile orpans afd and
all their Estate both real and personall that he hath in his hands and possession and further it is ordered
that the afd Guardian Give good Security for to Comply with the Guardian Ship afd of the afd Adam &
John Carlile orphans afd &a

                         Whereupon the afd Levin Gale Esq.r with John Tunstall and John Scarbrough
of the said County Gent all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto the afd Adam Carlile and John Carlile in the Sum of Four hundred and fifty three pounds
Curr.t money of Maryland of their Severall bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally
to the use of the said Adam and John Carlile their heirs or assigns to be made and Levied   If it happen
that the Said Levin Gale do not Comply with the Law in relation to such Guardian ships as aforesaid
and do not deliver up unto the said Adam and John Carlile all their Estate both reall and personall
that he Shall take into his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be

Somerset County Gentleman present here in Court in their proper
persons are ordered by the Same Court to give Recognizance
in Twenty pounds Sterling Each for their appearance before the Justices

of the next provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the third Tuesday in May ^then^
next ^following^ to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of the Province of Maryland
against ^a Certain^ William Turner otherwise Called James Moor &a

             Whereupon the said Henry Dashiell Charles Dashiell and Abraham Cordery all present
herein Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord propry
in twenty pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for
the Use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors to ^be^ made and
Levied   If it Happen that the said Henry Dashiell Charles Dashiell and Abraham Cordery
do not make their personall appearance before his said Lordships Justices of the next
Provinciall Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the third Tuesday of May then next following
and do not then and there give Such Evidence as they and Each of them shall know on behalfe
of his said Lordship against the afd William Turner otherwise Called James Moor on Suspicion
of Horse Stealing and do depart the Same Court without Leave &a
