Land aforesaid and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray   John Farlow

    The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore it is Considered
by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd John Farlow as by the petition aforesd
is praid and that George Dashiell Thomas Gillis Mitchell Dashiell ad Michael Dickerson
of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commissioner according to act
of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

             To the Worshipfull Justices now sitting the Petition of Jacob Hill
Humbly Sheweth That Whereas your petitioner hath a Road that goes
    through my Land very much to my diterment and Can turne the said Road without Hurt  
    to any person as Near ^and^ Convenient for the publick ^as^ where it now is your petitioner prays
    your Worships to Grant me that Liberty and your petitioner as in Duty bound shall pray

             the petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore it is Considered
by the Justices here that the afd Jacob Hill have the Liberty of altering or turning of
the road afd as by the petition afd is praid but the same road is not to be altered nor turned but
by the direction of Capt William Lane &a


Ordered by the Court that a Certain Benj.a Ricketts be allowed for the keeping of a Free Ferry
over Nanticoke river at Vienna for Somerset County Seventeen pounds Curr.t money of
Maryland for the future p year &a

that now is and for the body of Somerset County upon their Oath do present
that William Turner late of stepney parish in the County of Somerset planter
    otherwise Called James Moor of the parish and County af.d planter the twenty Eeighth day
    of March in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven Hundred thirty and six at stepney
    parish af.d in the County af.d by force and Arms &ced the Cloase of a Certain Margarett Faller
    did break and Enter and one Body Coloured Geldin of the price of ten pounds Current money of
    the province of Maryland of the goods and Chattles of the af.d Margaret Faller then and
    there being [to witt) at stepney parish af.d in the County af.d found then and there feloniously
    did steal take and lead away against the peace of the right Honourable the Lord proprietary
