190 Court unto her Granted &a Thereupon the said Elizabeth Dashiell present herein Court as afd makes choice of the afd John Gale as her Guardian &a Whereupon the said John Gale is ordered by the Court here to take under his Care and management all the Estate of the afd Eliz.a both real and personall and Likewise that he give good security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a Thereupon the aforesaid John Gale together with George Gale and Mathias Gale of the County afd Gentlemen ^his securitys^ all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged out themselves Indebted unto the said Elizabeth Dashiell in One hundred pounds Current money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally to the Use of the said Eliz.a Dashiell her heirs Executors administrators or assigns to be made and Levied If it happen that the said John Gale do not Comply with the Law in relation to the Guardianship afd and do not deliver up unto the said Eliz.a Dashiell her heirs Executors administrators or assignes all her Estate both real and personall [that he shall take into his hands and possession] peaceably and quietly when ever the same should be Legally required &a
said Child having an Negro boy Left him by his Gran Mother Comfort Benton who is in the hands of Isaac Coston therefore your petitioner Humbly prays your worships to order the said Isaac Coston to Deliver the said Negro to your petitioner and your petitioner as in Duty bound shall ever pray The petition afd being read and heard It is Considered that the afd Esther Tull be Guardian unto the aforesaid Ezekiell Coston and Orphan under the age of fourteen years untill the afd Ezekiel shall arrive at full age for the Chosing of his Guardian &a John White of Buckingham appointed Overseer of the roads in Baltemore hundred in the stead of William Simpson for the Ensuing Year &a
