Robert Dashiell Executor of the testament and Last Will of George Dashiell Late
of Somerset County dec.d being Sumoned to appear at this Court to give Security according
to Law for the ballance of the said George Dashiell Estate &a and forasmuch as it
appeareth to the Court here that the afd Robert Dashiell Executor as afd had paid unto
the Severall representatives their full parts and portions out of the Same Estate
that he was any ways Obliged to pay &.a  Therefore the Same Robert Dashiell
Executor as afd is discharged by the Court here from giveing any Security for the
the ballance of the Estate afd it being made appear as afd &a


Richard Goslee Executor of the testament and Last Will of John Venables Late of
Somerset County dec.d being Summoned to appear at this Court to Give Security
for the Ballance of the Estate of John Venables afd dec.d   and for as much as the
Estate of the afd John Venables was ordered by the Court out of the hands of the said
Richard Goslee and put into the hands of a Certain William Venables of the County afd
who had given Security for the preservation of the Same &a   Thereupon the said Richd
Goslee is discharged from Giveing any Security for the Ballance of the Estate afd &a


                            The Court adjourns untill the Third Tuesday
