December the fifteenth day of one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven the Sheriffe to witt John
Henry Gent together with Robert King John Scott Henry Ballard and David Wilson Gent Justices of
the County of Somerset with the Clerk of the County Court met at the Court house at dividing Creek for the
appointing a day for the Election or Chosing of four Burgesses for the Same County to Serve in the next
Gen.ll assembly to be held at the City of Annapolis the Twenty Eighth day of February then next &a

    Whereupon the Same Sher: and Justices then & there did appoint the day of the Election afd to
be at dividing Creek afd on the Twenty Sixth day of Janry then next following   at which day Came
here the said Sher with Severall of the Justices of the County afd with the Cler of the County afd Court and
the severall free holders and Others qualified to give a note in the Election afd and did give their
Vote and Elect Coll Levin Gale Coll Robert King Mr W.m Stoughton and Maj.r Robert Jenckins
