Collings of a plea of trespass upon the Case &^a      Att which day here before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset Came the afd Thomas Collings by Francis
Allen his attorney and the Sheriffe to witt John Henry Gent at the Same day here
returned that he had taken the afd Race Clark whose body here at this day he had ready
to answer the afd Thomas Collings of the afd plea as to him it was Commanded

          Whereupon the said Race Clark putts in his place Robert Jenckins Henry Gent
attorney at Law against the afd Thomas Collings in the afd plea   and hereupon at
the request of the parties afd day is given to the parties afd here before before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the
third Tuesday of November then next following to be in the Same State as at
present Saving to the parties &^a

       Att which day here before his Lordships Justices of the County Court of Somerset
Came againe as well the afd Thomas Collings as the aforesaid Race Clark by their attorneys
abovesaid and because the afd Thomas Collings did not declare against the afd Race Clark
in the plea afd
                                              Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting be in mercy & let
the plantiffe name pledges &a and that the afd Race Clark goe thereof without day
also it is Considered that the afd Race Clark Recover against the afd Thomas Collings his
161   damages by occasion of the premisses to one hundred and Eighty three            pounds
of tobacco to the Same Race by discretion of the Justices here at his request for his Costs and
Charges in that part Sustained according to the form of the Statute thereof Lately made &
provided by the Court here adjudged &^a
