and William Goldsborough Gent who for his said Lordship in that part
followeth in like manner and thereupon the said James Duffey is
Committed into ^the^ Custody of the af.d sherriffe thereto remain &.a

thereupon it was Commanded the sherriffe of the County af.d that he should
cause to come here before his Lordships Justices at deviding Creek the third
tuesday of August then next following twelve &.a and who &a to recognize &a
because as well &a  and the same day is given as well to the af.d William
Goldsborough who &a as the af.d James Duffey under Custody of the af.d
Sherriffe and in the Interim he is Committed into safe Custody &.a

Att which day here before his Lordships Justices at deviding Creek Came againe
as well the af.d William Goldsborough who &a as the af.d James Duffey under
Custody of John Henry Gent sherriffe of the County af.d in his proper person
in whose Custody before that time for the Cause af.d was taken and the same
sherriffe sends not thereof his writt therefore as before Command is given to
the same sherriffe that he cause to come here before his Lordships Justices
at deviding Creek the third tuesday of November then next following
twelve &.a and who &.a to recognize  in form af.d &.a and the same day
is given as well to the af.d William Goldsborough who &.a as the af.d James
Duffey under Custody of the af.d sherriffe and in the Interim he is Committed
in safe Custody &.a   Att which day here before his Lordships Justices at dividing ^Creek^
Came againe as well the afd William Goldsborough who &.a as the afd James Duffey
under Custody of the aforesaid Sheriffe in his proper person and the Jurors of
that Jury by the sherriffe to this Impaneled being Called Likewise Came to witt

Jonathan Bounds John Padden James Polk who to say the truth
of the premisses being elected tryed and sworn upon their oath say that the
af.d James Duffey is guilty of the felony above ^against^ him Imposed in manner
and form as by the Indictment af.d above Supposed            Whereupon
