under Custody of the aforesaid Sheriffe in whose Custody before that time for the Cause afd was Committed
and to the barr here Led in his proper person      thereupon it was Commanded the Sheriffe of the
County afd that he should Cause to Come here before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of June then next following Twelve &a and who &a to recognize &a because as well &a
and the same day is given as well to the afd William Goldsborough who &a as the afd James
Duffey under Custody of the afd Sheriffe and in the Interim he is Committed into safe Custody &a

Att which day here before his Lordship Justices at deviding Creek Came againe
as well the af.d William Goldsborough who &a and the af.d James Duffey under
Custody of the af.d sheriff in his proper person and the same Sheriff sends not thereof
his writt therefore as before Command is given to the same sherriffe that he cause
to come here before his Lordships Justices at deviding Creek the third tuesday of
august then next following twelve &a and who &a to recognize in form afd &.a
and the same day is given as well to the af.d William Goldsborough who &.a
as the af.d James Duffey under Custody of the af.d sherriffe and in the Interim
he is Committed into safe Custody &.a  Att which day here before his Lordships
Justices at deviding Creek Came againe as well the af.d William Goldsborough
who &.a as the af.d James Duffey under Custody of John Henry Gent sheriffe of the Coty
afd ^in his^ proper person ^in whose Custody before that time for the Cause afd was taken^ and the same Sherriffe sends not thereof his writt therefore
as before Command is given to the same sherriffe that he cause to come
here before his Lordships Justices at deviding Creek the third tuesday of
November then next following twelve &a and who &a to recognize in form
af.d &a and the same day is given as well to the af.d William Goldsborough
who &a as the af.d James Duffey under Custody of the the af.d sherriffe
