the County afd to deliver assigned as also divers felonys trespasses and other Malefeaances in
the Same County perpetrated to hear and determine by the oath of John Waters Gent and Twelve
others good and Lawfull men of the County afd then & there Sworn and Charged to Enquire for
for his said Lordship and the body of the County afd presented that Jeremiah Lillie
late of all hallows parish in the County af.d Cordwainer James Duffey late of
the same parish and County Taylor and George Kelly late of the same parish
and County Labourer the thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord God
seventeen hundred thirty and six with force and arms at the parish af.d
in the County af.d one Striped Linnen Jacket of the value of thirty pounds
of tobacco one pair of striped Linnen trowsers of the value of ten pounds
of tobacco one white linnen Shirt of the value of forty pounds of tobacco
one checkerd Linned shirt of the value of twenty pounds of tobacco one
woman's shift of the value of twenty pounds of tobacco one cotton
hankerchief of the value of six pounds of tobacco one striped linnen
Petticoat of the value of ten pounds of tobacco one small striped
linnen Apron of the value of ten pounds of tobacco one white Linnen
of the value of six pounds of tobacco and two pillow Cases of the value
of ten pounds of tobacco each of the goods and chattles of Nehemiah
Holland then and there being found then and there feloniously did
steal take and bear away contrary to the peace of the said Lord proprietary
that now is his good Rule and Government and against the form
of the act of assembly in such case lately made and provided &.a

By which Command was to the Sheriffe that not omitting &a but he take James Duffey
if &.a to answer &.a and now here at to witt the same      day of September one thousand
seven hundred and thirty Six that Same term before his said Lordships Justices of assize
and Goal delivery at dividing Creek Cometh the afd James Duffey under Custody of Jos.a
Macclester Gent of sheriffe of the County afd in whose Custody before that time for the Cause
afd was Committed and to the Barr here Led in his proper person and forthwith
