shingles and seven pence sterling in the above bill of exchance mentioned
to him not being paid by his certain Indorsement with his proper hand
upon the same Bill of exchange Indorsed did order and appoint the Contents
of the same Bill (to witt) the af.d twenty five pounds nine shillings and seven
pence sterling to be paid to the said William M.ccClemmey then and there
likewise comerce useing or his order for value received which said William
M.ccClemmey afterwards (to witt) the same day year and place last above
mentioned the af.d twenty five pounds nine shillings and seven pence
sterling to him likewise unpaid being by Indorsement with his proper
hand upon the same bill of exchange endorsed did order and appoint
the Contents of the said bill of exchange (to witt) the af.d twenty five
pounds nine shillings and seven pence sterling to be paid to the above
named Thomas Nevett then and there also Comerce useing or his
order for value received and afterwards (to witt) on the sixth day of
January in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred thirty
and six at London af.d in Somerset County af.d and the af.d first bill
of exchange unto the af.d William Black was shewn and the same
William Black then and there was required to accept the said first
Bill of exchange according to the use and Custom of merchants for all
the time af.d used and approved and make payment of the af.d twenty
five pounds nine shillings and seven pence sterling unto the af.d
Thomas Nevett according to the form and effect of the said bill and
Indorsement thereon as af.d the said William Black before that time there
having third thirty days sight of the said first bill of exchange and
the second and third bills of exchange of the same tenor and date
or either of them then or yet not being accepted or paid but the same
William Black the same first bill of exchange then or yet did not accept
but the same to accept of then and there did refuse and the af.d
