said Alexander required  Whereupon the said Alexander says he is the worse sixty pound
Currt money of maryland and thereof he brings suit &.a   Pledges &.a J Doe & R Roe

    And the af.d William Porter by William Beckingham his attorney Cometh and defendeth
the force and Injury when &.a and saith that he Cannot deny the action af.d of the af.d
Alexander nor but that the writing obligatory af.d is the deed of the same William Porter
nor but that he oweth the same Alexander the af.d sum of fifty five pounds eight
shillings and six pence Currt money of maryland in manner and form as the af.d
Alexander above against him declared &.a
                                                                      Therefore it is Considered that the
af.d Alexander Buncle recover against the af.d William Porter his debt af.d and
his damages by occasion of the detaining of the same debt to Two hundred & Ninety

of his assent by the Court here adjudged and the af.d William in mercy &a

otherwise called William Gray of Somerset County planter
was summoned to answer unto Alexander Buncle of a plea that
he render unto him fifty five pounds eight shillings and six pence Currt money of
maryland which to him he owes and unjustly detains &a

    And Whereupon the said Alexander by George Douglas his attorney says
that whereas the said William on the seventeenth day of March Anno Dom
MDCCXXXviivi at the County af.d by his certain writing obligatory which the said Alexander
sealed at with the seal of the said William here into Court Court brings whose date
is the day and year af.d did acknowledge himself to be held and firmly bound unto the
said Alexander in the said fifty five pounds eight shillings and six pence Currt money
of maryland to be paid to the said Alexander his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes when he
should be afterwards thereto required  Nevertheless the said William the said fifty
five pounds eight shillings and six pence to the said Alexander hath not rendred but
that to doe hitherto hath denyed and still doth deny and unjustly detain altho thereto
afterwards to witt on the XXI day of may Anno Dom MDCCXXXvij at the County
af.d and often since that time by the said Alexander required whereupon the said
