said John Scarbrough that he be and appear before the Justices within Written at the time and place
within Contented to Shew Cause &.a as by the within writt I am required &a

       Whereupon the said John Scarbrough by his attorney afd prays that the afd fourteen pounds and
ten pence Curr.t money of Maryland and One thousand pounds of tobacco so as afd attached may
be Condemned in his hands towards Satisfying unto him his damages and Costs &a

             Thereupon a Certain Edmond Hough of Somerset County Gent present herein Court in his proper
person and undertakes for the said John Scarbrough according to act of assembly that in Case the
said John Dayle do at any time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of
the said John Scarbroughs Claim against him appear to be Satisfied or Otherwise to have been
undue before the Laying of this attachment that then the Said John Scarbrough shall make
restitution unto him the Said John Dayle of all or Such part thereof as Shall be made appear
to be undue &a or that he the said Edmond Hough will do the Same for him &a

             Therefore it is Considered that the afd Sum of fourteen pounds and ten pence
Curr.t money of Maryland and One thousand pounds of tobacco so as afd attached be Condemned
in the hands of the said John Scarbrough as of the rights and Creditts of the said John
Dayle towards Satisfying unto the said John Scarbrough his damages and ^or^ Costs and Charges
by means of the attachment afd & that the said John Scarbrough have thereof Execution &a

should take John Bozman late of Somerset County planter
otherwise Called John Bozman of the County of Somerset
planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he
might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at deviding Creek the third tuesday of November ann ^Dom one thousand seven hundred & thirty seven^ to answer unto Tho.s
Bluett of the same County Gent of a plea that he render unto him twenty six pounds
Currt money of america which to him he owes and unjustly detains &.a   And hereupon
the said Thomas Bluett declared against the af.d John Bozman in the plea af.d in form
following viz.t    Somerset ss.t   John Bozman late of Somerset County planter otherwise
Called John Bozman late of the County of Somerset planter was summoned to answer unto
