said James the Judgm.t of the Court there upon or render his body in Execution of such Judgm.t
to the prison of the sherriffe of the County afd there to remaine untill the Same Judgm.t be fully
satisfied or that he the Same Archibald will do the Same for him &a

And the afd Richard Knight by William Beckingham his attorney Cometh and defendeth
the force and Injury when &.a  And the ^said^ James prayeth that the afd Richard to his declaration
afd may answer whereupon the same Richard hath till Thursday the third
day of this term to him given by the Court here to answer &.a  and the same Richard at the
same day Solemnly Called to answer Cometh not nor the same attorney of the afd Richard &
for the same Richard nothing thereof saith in barr or preclusion of the action afd of the afd James
by which the same James remaineth thereof against him undefended &.a

    Therefore it is Considered that the afd James Anderson recover against
the afd Richard Knight his debt afd and his damages occasioned by detention of the
719   same debt to Seven hundred and Forty One                   pounds of tobacco to the
741   same James of his assent by the Court here adjudged with stay of Execution untill the
twenty fifth day of december then next following and the afd deft in mercy &a

     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that
he should take Wonney M.ccClemmey Late of Somerset County
planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at deviding Creek in the same County the third tuesday
of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven to answer unto
Martin Fenton of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a   and that thereof he should
not fail &.a   and hereupon the said Martin Fenton by Robert Jenckins Henry his
attorney declared against the af.d Wonney M.ccClemmey in the plea af.d in form following
viz.t   Somerset County ss.t   Wonney M.ccClammey late of Somerset County planter
was attached to answer unto Martin Fenton of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a

And Whereupon the said Martin Fenton by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney complains
that whereas the said Wonney M.ccClemmey after the first day of may Anno Dom seventeen
hundred and five (to witt) on the second day of August one thousand seven hundred thirty
