petitioner therefore humbly prays your worships will be pleased to order such satisfaction as you think proper for the loss of time and other trouble that your petitioner had with the said Harrison dureing the said time and your petitioner shall ever pay Thereupon it is ^Commanded^ the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should Summons the aforesaid Catherine Harrison if she should be found in his bailywick that all Excuses set apart she be and appear ^here^ Immediately before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now here sitting at dividing Creek to answer unto the petition afd of the afd John Wildman &a And afterwards in the SAme Court Came the Said Sherriffe and made return to the Same Court here that he had Sommoned the Same Catherine Harrison as afd he was Commanded &a Whereupon Came here into Court before the Justices thereof as well the afd John Wildman as the aforesaid Catherine Harrison in their proper persons and upon reading the petition afd and the Court having heard the Severall allegeations as well on part of the petitioner afd as on part of the said Catherine Harrison and what was delivered on oath in relation to the premisses afd It appears to the Court here that there was due from the Said John Wildman to the afd Catherine Harrison three Barrells of Indian Corn and a Capp part of her freedom dues allowed by act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd John Wildman take nothing by his petition afd and that the afd Catherine Harrison goe thereof without Day and further it is Considered that the afd three Barrells of Indian Corn and Capp that the said John Wildman had fell short in paying of the said Catherine be full Satisfaction for trouble Charge and Loss of time that the afd John was at and had at the time of the said Catherine Lying in and Child bearing &a
