144 Abraham Outten and Henry Jerman appears here in Court according to a Certain Recognizance ^by them^ in that part before acknowledged to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Thomas Claywell & Donnock ^Dennis^ thereupon the said Abra: Outten & Henry Jarman by order of Court are discharged and Each of them are discharged from the recognizance afd &a John Bell appears according to his recognizance to give Evidence his wife against Marsala Fagan and by order of Court he is discharged from the Same &a
afd in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Abraham Outten of the same County planter in the peace of God and of the said Lord Proprietary then and there being then and there did beat wound and Evilly treat so that of his Life it is much despaired and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage of the Same Abraham and against the peace of the same Lord Propry that now is his good rule and Government &a Test Abra: Outen, Henry Jerman On the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was Endorsed viz.t Ignoramus John Waters foreman
the fifth day of November Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and seven at the parish af.d in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Henry Jarman of the same County planter in the peace of God and of the said Lord proprietary then and there being with force and arms an assault did make and the same Henry then and there did beat wound and evilly treat so that of his life it was much despaired and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage of the same Henry and against the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Goverment &.a Test Henry Jarman, Abraham Outen On the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was endorsed viz.t Ignoramus John Waters foreman |
