Moses Chaille Peter Chaille David Murray and John Wildman all Severally
appear here in Court to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Marsala Fagan
and by order of the Same Court they are Severally discharged from their Recognizance &a


Stephen Horsey Jun.r appears here in Court according to a Certain Recognizance by him
and his Security before in that part acknowledged for his good behaviour to this
Court &.a   Thereupon by order of Court the Said Stephen Horseys appearance is
recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged from ye Same recognizance &a

 Somerset County sst    The Jurors for the right Honourable the
Lord proprietary that now is for the body of Somerset County af.d upon
their oath do present that Thomas Claywell late of all hallows parish
in the County af.d planter the eleventh day of November Anno Dom seventeen hundred
thirty and seven at the parish af.d in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court
in and upon a Certain Wheatly Dennis of the same County in the peace of God and
of the said Lord proprietary then and there being with force and arms and assault did
make and the same Wheatly then and there did beat wound and evilly treat so that
of his life it was much despaired and other harms to him then and there did to
the great damage of the same Wheatly and against the peace of the said Lord
Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Government &.a

       On the foregoing bill of Indictment it was Endorsed Ignoramus John Waters foreman
Now to witt the third Tuesday of November being the fifteenth day of the same month ann
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven before the Justices of his Lordship County
Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the Said Thomas Claywell in his proper person according
to a Certain Recognizance by him & his Security in that part ^first^ acknowledged and prays that his appearance
may be recorded and he and his security discharged   Thereupon by order of Court
the said Thomas Claywells appearance is recorded and he & his Security discharged &a
