Indictment aforesaid above against him Supposed   Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by
the Court here seen heard and fully understood      It is Considered by the Court here that the afd
Wonney Macclemmey pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here
upon him Imposed for and by occasion of the premisses afd whereof in form afd he is Convict
Twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and that the afd Wonney be taken to satisfie his said
Lordship of the fine afd &.a

Martin Fenton of Somerset County Cordwainer present In Court in his proper person
is ordered by the ^same^ Court to give recognizance in five pounds Sterling for his appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of November then next following &.a   Whereupon the said Martin Fenton present
herein Court as afd acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary
in five pounds Sterling good and Lawfull mony of England of his goods and Chattells Lands
and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied
If it happen that he the said Martin Fenton do not make his personall appearance before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County
the third Tuesday of November then next following and do not then and then and there give such
Evidence as he doth Know on behalfe of his said Lordship against Wonney Macclemmey in relation
to an assault and do depart the Same Court without Leave &a   Att which day here to witt the
third Tuesday of November being the fifteenth day of the Same month ann Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty Seven that Same term before the Justices thereof the said Martin
Fenton altho' Solemnly Called to give Evidence against the afd Wonney Came not but made
default &a

his Lordship against John Woolford according to a Certain Recognizance by
her before acknowledged and is ordered to give new recognizance in five pounds ster
for her appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of March then next following viz.t

    Whereupon the said Margaret Peal present herein Court as af.d acknowledged herself
Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in five pounds sterling good and Lawfull
