Tuesday of March then next following and do not then and there give such Evidence
as she shall know on behalfe of his said Lordship against Mary Mackfarline in trespass
an assault and do depart the same Court without Leave &a

Somerset ss.t  Memorandum    That at a Session of the peace
of his Lordship the right honourable the Lord proprietary
of the province of maryland held at deviding Creek in
Somerset County the third tuesday of November to witt the fifteenth day of the
same month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven before the
Robert King Gen.t and others his associates Justices of his the said Lord proprietary
the peace in the County af.d to Conserve and also divers felonys trespasses and other
Malefeasances in the same County Committed to hear and determine assigned by
the oath of John Waters and twelve others being presented that Wonney M.ccClemmey
late of Somerset parish in the County af.d planter the tenth day of august Anno
Dom seventeen hundred thirty and seven at the parish af.d in the County af.d
within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Martin Fenton of
the same County in the peace of God and of the said Lord proprietary then and there
being with force and arms an assault did make and the same Martin then and
there did beat wound and evilly treat so so that of his life it was much despaired
and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage of the same Martin
and against the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and
Goverment &.a         Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that
he Should take the said Wonney Macclemey if &.a to answer &.a and now to witt at this same term
held for Somerset County at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November being the fifteenth day
of the Same Month ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty seven before the afd
Justices Cometh the afd Wonney Macclemmey in his proper person and According to a Certain
Recognizance by him and his security ^in that part^ before acknowledged and had a hearing of the Indictment
aforesaid saith that he Cannot deny but that he is guilty of the trespass and assault
afd in the Indictment afd Specified above upon him Imposed in manner and form as by the
