Court to give security for her good behaviour and appearance at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of march then next &a   Thereupon James West of Somerset County planter present herein
Court in his proper person and undertook for the said Joan Collins and acknowledged
himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in twenty pounds sterling
of his goods and Chattles Lands and tenements            to be made and Levied to the use
of his said Lordship his heirs and successors  If it happen that the said Joan Collins
do not make her ^personall^ appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at deviding Creek the third tuesday of march then next following to answer
unto his said Lordship of and Concerning such matters and things as shall be then and there
Objected against her on his Lordships behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the
Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if she be not
of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and others his good people and more Especially
towards the afd Mary Mackfarline &.a

James West and Margarett Oliver appears according to her recognizance to give Evidence
on behalfe of his Lordship against Mary Mccfarline and are discharged from the Same &.a

 Ordered by the Court here that Margarett Oliver give new Security for
her appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday
of March then next following to give Evidence on behalfe of his said Lordship against
Mary Macfarline &.a
                                        Whereupon John Handy of Somerset County Gent present here
in Court in his proper person undertook for the Same Margarett Oliver and acknowledged
himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry in five pounds sterling good &
Lawfull money of England of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of
his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied  If it happen that the
said Margarett Oliver do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third
