Came the aforesaid Lydia Coefield in her proper person and had a hearing of the Indictment afd
saith that she is not thereof guilty and of this she puts herselfe upon the Country and William Goldsborough
Gent attorney for his said Lordship who for his Said Lordship in that part followeth Likewise &.a

       Thereupon Command is given to the Sheriffe of Somerset that he should Cause to Come before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County
the third Tuesday of August then next following Twelve &.a and who neither &.a to recognize &.a because as
well &.a and the Same day is give to the afd William Goldsborough Gent who followeth &a

    Whereupon a Certain John Schofeild of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person
undertook for the said Lydia Coefeild and acknowledged himself Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord
proprietary of the province of maryland in ten pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of
England of his goods and Chattles Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors to be made and Levied  If it happen that the said Lydia Coefield do not make
her personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court to be held
of Somerset to be held at dividing ^Creek^ in the same County the third tuesday of August
then next following and do not then and there answer unto his said Lordship of the
fornication af.d and do depart the same Court without Leave and do not stay and abide
the Judgment of the Court thereupon &.a

                Att which day to witt the third Tuesday of August being the Sixteenth day of the same
month before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Cometh as well the afd William Goldsborough
Gent who &.a as the afd Lydia Coefeild in her properson according to the afd recognizance before
acknowledged and the Sheriffe said not thereof the writt &a      Therefore as before it is Commanded
the Sheriffe that he Cause to Come before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November then next following
Twelve &.a and who neither &.a to recognize &.a because as well &.a and the same day is
