six hundred and twenty five pounds nineteen shillings and four pence Curr.t money of maryland
to be paid unto the said Stephens White and Elias White the sons of the said William White
deceased their heirs Ex.rs administrators or assignes to the with which payment well and
truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and administrators
for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with
our seals and dated this 18.th day of November Anno Dom 1737

       The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commisary Genll
hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the estate of W.m White deceased wherein
it is found that there is ball due to the above said orphans the sum of three hundred and
twelve pounds nineteen shillings and eight pence farthing Curr.t money of maryland
therefore if the abovesaid John Williams his heirs Executors or administrators shall
and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d
sum of three hundred and twelve pounds nineteen and eight pence farthing in equall parts
and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive
the same &.a  then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in

Smith son of William Smith dec.d in the full and just sum of one hundred and thirty two
pounds seventeen shillings and eleven pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said W.m Smith
the younger his heirs executors administrators or assignes to the which payment well
and truly to be made we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and administrators
for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents
sealed with our seals and dated this 15.th day of Nov.r Anno Dom 1737
