deliberation thereupon had  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission
Issue to the af.d Thomas Carey as by the petition af.d is praid and that Cap.t Thomas
Gilliss Cap.t Henry Ballard M.r John Leatherbury and Robert Jones of the County af.d be
made and provided &.a

petition
          To the Worshipfull Court of Somerset County the humble petition of
John Heath sheweth that your petitioner is a poore dicrepted lame man
and is not able to mentain himself your petitioner being lame and powerless in one side
and not able to help himself humbly prays your worships to take it unto your searifs
Consideration as to set your petitioner free from the payment of taxes and in duty bound
your petitioner will pray     
                                                              the petition aforesaid being read and heard and
fully understood   It is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid John Heath be
discharged from paying of taxes as by the petition afd is praid and allowed One pound of
tobacco p year &a


John Tanes a Servant boy of Francis Porter is adjudged by the
Court here to be of the age of Fourteen Years this term &.a


James Martin
petition
          To the Wordshipfull the Justices of Somerset County the petition
of James Martin Guardian to Nathan Brittingham an orphan
that your petitioner is at present possessed of a tract of Land Called mount hope and the
boundarys of the said Land being precarious your petitioner prays your worships
will be pleased to appoint Commissioners to examine evidences in relation to the boundarys
of the said Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

    The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the af.d
James Martin as by the petition af.d is praid and that Edward Rownd James Rownd
Edward Franklin and John Newbold of the County af.d Gent be Commissioners and execute
the same Commission according to act of assembly in such case made and provided &.a


Forasmuch as it appears to the Court here that Whittington King Executor of John
King dec.d had paid away the Estate of the Same John King to the Severall representatives
