132 November Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven Came hereinto Court before the Justices thereof the afd Peter Taylor in his proper person and thereupon the said Peter Taylor is by the Same Court here ordered to give Security for his good behaviour and appearance at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek in the County afd the third Tuesday of March then next following viz.t Whereupon the said Peter Taylor with William Turpin son of John and Benjamin Holland both of the County af.d planters his securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary that is to say the said Peter Taylor in twenty pounds sterling and the said William Turpin son of John and Benjamin Holland in ten pounds sterling each of their severall goods and Chattles Lands and tenements to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors If it happen that the same Peter Taylor do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of March then next to answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning of such matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his said Lordships behalf and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards the said his Lordship and all his good people and more especially towards the said John Evans and do depart the same Court without Leave &.a afterwards in the same Court Came the said John Evans in his proper person and as much as in his Lyes did release the said Peter Taylor and prayed that the same Peter and his securitys from the recognizance afd Thereupon the said Peter Taylor and his security afd from the recognizance afd are discharged &a Nann a negro woman of William Turpin son of John Turpin being antient and Infirm is adjudged by the Court here Tax free for the future &a Nanney a negro woman of Edmond Hough being antient and Infirm is adjudged by the Court here tax free for the future &.a
