present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said
Mary Dashiell in the sum of one hundred pounds sterling of their severall bodys goods and Chattles
Lands and tenements Joyntly and severally to be made and Levied to the use of the said
Mary Dashiell her heirs or assignes  If it happen that the said Thomas Winder do not
Comply with the Law in Relation to such Guardianships as af.d and do not deliver up unto
the said Mary Dashiell all her estate personall and reall that he shall take into his hands and
possesion peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally required &.a


Alexander Maddox
       Chose Giddion
Tillman as his Guardian
Alexander Maddox (son of Lazarus Maddox Late of Somerset County decd) an
Orphan above the age of Fourteen Years Came hereinto Court in his proper
person and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain Giddion Tillman as
his Guardian which is by the Same Court unto him Granted &.a  Thereupon the said Alexander
Maddox present herein Court makes Choice of the said Giddion Tillman as his Guardian &c

          Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that a Certain William Fordred deliver up unto the
afd Guardian all the Estate of the afd Alexander Maddox that he hath in his hands and possession
both reall and personall peaceably and quietly &.a  And that the said Giddion Tillman Give
Security for to Comply with the Guardianship aforesaid &c

    Thereupon the said Giddion Tillman with Nicholas Fountain Junr and Joseph Tillman
both of Somerset County planters his securitys able present herein Court in their proper
persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Alexander Maddox in one
of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to the use of the said Alexand Maddox
to be made and Levied  If it happen that the said Giddion Tillman do not Comply with
the Law in Relation to the Guardianship as af.d and do not deliver up unto the said
Alexander Maddox all his Estate both real and personall [that he shall take into his
hands and possession] peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally
required &.a

John Evans of Somerset County planter Came hereinto Court in his proper person and
made Complaint to the Same Court against a Certain Peter Taylor that the said Peter had
threatned him and took the oath of the peace in Common form and required the Surety
of the peace against the Same Peter &.a   
                                                                   Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset
County that he Should take the said Peter if &.a to answer &.a  And afterwards to witt the fifteenth day of
