years this term &c.a


Aaron Tillman negro girl named Pleasant is adjudged by the Court here to the age of Twelve
Years this term &a


Aaron Tillman negro girl named Venus is adjudged by the Court here to the age of Twelve

to Mary Dashiell
 Thomas Winder of Somerset County Gentlemean being present here in Court
in his proper person is appointed by the same Court here as
Guardian in and over Mary Dashiell an orphan under the age of fourteen
years untill she arrives at full age for the Chosing of her Guardian &.c  And it is ordered
by the Court here that Joseph Dashiell of Somerset County Gent deliver up unto the said Guardn
all the Estate both reall and personall of the said Mary that he hath in his hands and possesion
and ^that^ the said Guardian take the said orphan and her Estate and give security for to Comply
with the Law in relation to such Guardianship as af.d &.a

Thereupon the said Thomas Winder with George Dashiell of Somerset County Gent both
