It is ordered that the afd John Kersey be discharged from paying of Taxes untill pleas God restore
him to A State of health to Labour and that the said John Kersie be allowed one pound of tobo p year &c

           To the worshipfull Court of Somerset County In regard that your petitioners
son Spence Hall by long and tedious Sickness of feavour and Cramp &c  has Contracted
such a bad habit of body as to his health that it has rendred him almost incapable for service yr
Petitioner therefore humbly prays that yr Worships wood be pleased to discharge him of
paying his tax or Levy for this year at least and your Petitioner as in duty bound shall
ever pray                                                                                             Robert Hall

                The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  Therefore
It is Considered by the Court here that the afd Robert Hall be discharged from paying of Levys
for the afd Spence Hall untill please God he be restored to his health &c and that the said Spence be
allowed one pound of tobacco p the year &c


James Tulley appointed Constable by the Court here for the Ensuing Year of Nanticoke hundred
in the stead of John Kellum &c


George Benston is appointed by the Court here Constable of Manocan hundred for the Ensuing
Year &c


William Stephens appointed Constable by the Court here for the Ensuing Year of Wickocomoco
hundred in the stead of Thomas Winder   November 26.th 1737  These are to Certifie all whom
it may Concern that the day af.d Came W.m Stevens before me one of his L. D. ps Justices of
the peace and Quallified himself as a Constable for Wiccocomoco hundred by the severall
oaths of Goverment and signing the test and takeing the oath of Constable according to Law

ensuing year &c


Race Clark is appointed by the Court here Constable of Baltemore hundred for the ensuing
year &.c


John Covington appointed Constable by the Court here for the ensuing year of Manny Hundred
in the stead of Panther Laws &c
