Ordred that Henry Hall Recover against Ezekiell Wise ninety pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his attendance three days as an evidence for the said Ezekiell
Wise against Adam Brafford he having made oath to the same &c


Ordered that Nehemiah Holland Recover against James Duffey Sixty pounds
of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance two days as an evidence for on behalf
of his Lordship against ^the said^ James Duffey he having made oath to the same &c


Ordered that James Watson Recover against James Duffey one hundred and
eighty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance six days as an
evidence on behalf of his Lordship against ^the said^ James Duffey he having made
oath to the same &c


Ordered that W.m Holland Recover against William Hook ninety pounds
of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance three days as an evidence for the said
William Hook against William Whittington he having made oath to the
same &c


Ordered that Thomas Hargress Recover against Jacob Waggaman one hundred
and twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance four days as
an evidence for the said Jacob Waggaman against James Carey he having made oath
to the same &c


Ordered that Solomon Otwell and Henry Reynolds Recover against Jacob Waggaman
ninety pounds of tobacco ^each^ being due unto each of them for their attendance three days
each as an evidence for the said Jacob Waggaman against James Carey they having
made oath to the same &c


Ordered that Joshua Merrill Recover against Cornelius Dickerson two hundred
and seventy pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance nine days as an
evidence on behalf of his Lordship against ^the said^ Cornelius Dickerson he having made oath
to the same &c


Ordered that Bodine Robins Recover against Jacob Waggaman sixty Pounds
of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance two days as an evidence for the said
Jacob Waggaman against James Carey he having made oath to the same &c
