 And the afd Peter Taylor and Sarah his wife by William
Goldsborough theire attorney Come and defend the force and
Injury when &c and pray Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill
the third Tuesday of November then next ^following^ and they have
it and the same day is given to the afd Richard here also &.c
  Att which day here Came againe as well the afd ^Richard Knight as the afd^ Peter
Taylor and Sarah his wife as the afd Richard Knight by
their attorneys afd and whereupon the same Peter and
Sarah Pray Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill the
third Tuesday of March then next following and they
have it and the same day is given to the afd Richard
here also &c

Att which day here Came ^a^gaine as well the af.d ^Richard Knight as the afd^ Peter Taylor and Sarah his wife as the
af.d Richard Knight by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the same Peter and Sarah
prays leave thereof to Imparle here untill the third tuesday of June and then next
following and they have it and the same day is given to the af.d Richard here
also &c         Att which day here Came againe as well the af.d ^Richard Knight as the afd^ Peter and Sarah
his wife as the af.d Richard Knight by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the same
Peter and Sarah pray Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the third tuesday of August 
then next following and they have it and the same day is given to the af.d Richard here
also &c    Att which day her Came againe as well the af.d ^Richard Knight as the afd^ Peter Taylor and Sarah
his wife as the af.d Richard Knight by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the
same Peter and Sarah as before defends the force and Injury when &c and says that
the af.d John Stewart in his life time did not assume upon himself in such manner
and form as the said Richard Knight above against them have declared and
of this they put themselves upon the County   And the Plantiff in like manner

   Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriffe of Somerset County that Immediately he should
Cause to come here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now here held at divid:
creek Twelve &.c by whom &.c and who neither &.c to recognize &.c because as well &.c  and the Jur
Jurors of that Same Jury by the afd Sheriffe to witt John Henry Gent to the Impannelled
being Called Came to witt Edmond Hough Joshua Caldwell Alexander Lackie John Pope Rob.t
