114 pence half penny to the said Richard in his life hath not paid or him for the same in any sort contented but the same to the said Richard to pay did altogeth refuse and the said Sarah to whom administration of the Goods and Chattles of the said John was in due form of law after his death committed the said six pounds and seven pence half penny after the death of the said John and before the espousals between her the said Sarah and the said Peter celebrated to the said Richard hath not paid but the same to pay did altogether refuse and the said Peter and Sarah after Espousals between them celebrated the said six pounds seven pence half penny to the said Richard have not paid but the same to him pay have altogether refused and still doe refuse altho the same to pay the said John in his lifetime to wit the day and year first above named and often since that time at the County af.d by the said Richard was required and the said Sarah after the death of the said John and administration as af.d committed while she was sole to witt on the first day of June Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and three and often since that time at the County af.d the said six pounds and seven pence half penny to the said Richard to pay was requested and altho' the same to pay the said Peter and Sarah after their intermarraige to wit on the first day of march Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and five and often since that time at the County af.d by the said Richard were required whereupon the said Richard says he is damnifyed twelve pounds Curr.t money of maryland and thereof he brings suit &c Pledges &c John Doe & R Roe
