Oaths appointed by Act of Assembly to the Goverment & taking the oath of abjuration and left and
    also takeing the Oath of a Constable the day above bfore                        Robt King

You Somerset Donoho Saul Townsend and Solomon Townsend
do Confess Judgment to William Goodrick for the sum of Two pounds fifteen
shillings Curr.t Money which sum was Recovered by the said W.m Goodrick
against ^Somerset Donohoe on the Ninteenth day of August^ before Cap.t John Smith one of the Justices of Somerset County the
said Two pounds fifteen shilings to be Levied of your Bodies Goods or Chattles Lands or Tennemen^ts^
for the use of the said W.m Goodrick in Case the said Somerset Donoho shall not pay and satisife
to the said William Goodrick the said Two pounds fifteen shillings so as af.d recovered against
him with the Additional Costs thereon On the tenth day of february next

Memorand.m that a Goal delivery of his Lordship the right Honrble
Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the provinces of Maryland for
the County of Somerset held at dividing Creek in the County afd the        day
of September anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six before Leven Gale
Esq.r and Henry Hooper Esq.r Justices of his said Lordship of his Goal in the County afd
to deliver assigned also divers felonys trespasses and other Male fesances in the same
County perpetrated to hear & determine by the oath of John Waters and twelve others
honest and Lawfull ment of the County afd  Impannelled & Sworn to Enquire for his said
Lordship and the body of the County afd being presented that Jeremiah Lillie Late of allhollows
parish in Somerset County afd Cordwainer James Duffey Late of the Same County
and parish afd Taylor and George Kelly Late of the Same parish and County afd Labourer
the thirtieth day of July in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty ^&^ Six with force and armes at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction
of this Court one pair of White Linnen Trowsers of the Value of three Shillings Currant
Money of Maryland ^and^ One White Linnen Shirt of the Value of ten Shillings like money of
the Goods and Chattles of James Watson then & there being found then & there feloniously
did steal take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now
is his good rule and Government and against the form of the act of assembly in Such
Case Lately made and provided &c           Which same Indictment taken before the afd
